Mome Studios hosts a wide variety of in-studio classes for enthusiasts at every stage of their practice. If you are unsure which class level is appropriate for you, ask a teacher to observe you during class for evaluation. Barre
This class combines the core principles of ballet and resistance training with cardio bursts, dynamic full-body movements, and high-rep sculpting sequences. Expect to break a sweat as you pulse, lunge, and push your way through challenging intervals designed to elevate your heart rate and build serious strength and stamina.

Build & Burn
Burn & Build classes are designed to make you feel strong and driven, with fast-paced bursts of movement and short periods of rest. You will be coached through simple, but affective cardio and strength training exercises that provide you with a full body burn. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Candlelight Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice designed to release deep tension in the body and calm the mind. Poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing muscles to relax and connective tissues (like fascia, ligaments, and joints) to gently open. The pace is unhurried, inviting stillness, mindful breathing, and a deep sense of release.

Cardio Kickboxing
This high-energy class combines cardio, strength, and coordination in a dynamic kickboxing format. Your teacher will guide you and a partner through each combination to raise heart rates and increase your endurance.
Beginners and novices are very much encouraged to try this class!

Classical Reformer
In Classical Reformer Pilates we will move through a structured flow, focusing on precise, controlled movements in a specific sequence. This format emphasizes building our core strength, increasing flexibility, and strengthening the mind-body connection through six core principles: breathing, concentration, centering, control, precision, and flow. Moving in the spirit and intention that Joseph Pilates intended!

Intro to Reformer Pilates
This workshop is designed to introduce you to the core principles of Pilates and deepen your understanding of the practice. We’ll cover the foundational elements that define Pilates: breath work, control, concentration and body awareness, precision and form, core activation, and flow. You’ll gain insight into the background and benefits of Pilates to help you build a more connected and confident practice.
You will leave this workshop with a stronger grasp of Pilates basics—and feel empowered the next time you step into class.

Mat Pilates
Our Mat Pilates classes focus on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility through controlled, low-impact movements performed on the mat. Each session incorporates breathwork, alignment, and intentional movement to support a strong and balanced body.

Pilates Sculpt
Pilates Sculpt is a dynamic, full-body workout that combines classical Pilates principles, strength training, and the bursts of heart-pumping cardio.
This high-energy class incorporates light hand weights and resistance tools to build lean muscle and increase endurance—all while maintaining the alignment and core focus of Pilates.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates practice encourages a mind muscle connection with slow controlled movements and breathwork, leading to many incredible benefits for everyone, at all stages of life and fitness levels.
Our Reformer Pilates classes are conducted on the Reformer machine with occasional use of props.
Newer practitioners who have done some Pilates are encouraged to sign up for Level 1 classes.
Students who are confident in their Pilates practice are encouraged to sign up for Level 2.

Reformer Restore & Stretch
This gentle, grounding class is designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with your body. Using the Reformer for support and alignment, we’ll move through slow, mindful exercises that prioritize breath, mobility, and deep muscular release.

Rolling – Release & restore
This class blends self-massage and gentle body mapping to help you unwind tension, release stress, and restore ease throughout your body. Using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, you’ll explore guided rolling techniques that target common areas of tightness while down-regulating your nervous system and increasing mobility and body awareness.
All levels are welcome—no experience needed. Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and equipped with simple tools to support your body between classes.
