Intro to Pilates Workshop
This workshop is designed to introduce you to the core principles of Pilates and deepen your understanding of the practice. We’ll cover the foundational elements that define Pilates: breath work, control, concentration and body awareness, precision and form, core activation, and flow. You’ll gain insight into the background and benefits of Pilates to help you build a more connected and confident practice.
You will leave this workshop with a stronger grasp of Pilates basics—and feel empowered the next time you step into class.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates practice encourages a mind muscle connection with slow controlled movements and breathwork, leading to many incredible benefits for everyone, at all stages of life and fitness levels. Pilates benefits are far reaching and can have significant impact on the body and mind, injury rehabilitation, pre/post-natal, and everything in between.
Our Reformer Pilates classes are conducted on the Reformer machine with occasional use of props.
Newer practitioners who have done some Pilates are encouraged to sign up for Level 1 classes.
Students who are confident in their Pilates practice and are looking for a challenge are encouraged to sign up for Level 2 classes.

Mat Pilates
Our Mat Pilates classes focus on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility through controlled, low-impact movements performed on the mat. Each session incorporates breathwork, alignment, and intentional movement to support a strong and balanced body.
This class is designed to be inclusive and accessible—modifications are always offered to meet you where you are. Whether you're brand new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or looking to deepen your practice, our teachers provide options to increase or decrease intensity based on your individual needs. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
Expect a grounding, energizing workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more connected, and empowered in your movement.

Beginner Mat Pilates
These classes are designed for anyone looking to build a strong mind-body connection, get comfortable with the lingo, and enjoy an in-depth teaching experience.
We’ll move through a slowed-down flow, focusing on breathwork, core activation, alignment, and form to help you feel confident and grounded in your practice.

Restore & Stretch
This gentle, grounding class is designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with your body. Using the Reformer for support and alignment, we’ll move through slow, mindful exercises that prioritize breath, mobility, and deep muscular release.
Leave feeling restored, rebalanced, and more at home in your body.

Pilates Sculpt
Pilates Sculpt is a dynamic, full-body workout that combines classical Pilates principles, strength training, and the bursts of heart-pumping cardio.
This high-energy class incorporates light hand weights and resistance tools to build lean muscle and increase endurance—all while maintaining the alignment and core focus of traditional Mat Pilates.

Strength & Sclupt
Strength & Sculpt is a dynamic, music-driven class that utilizes low- to medium-weights combined with high-rep movements to elevate your heart rate and deliver a deep, full-body burn.
While this is not a Pilates class, you may notice familiar cues and movements inspired by your Pilates training at Mome—designed to help you transition seamlessly between formats while building strength and endurance.

Barre
A barre workout is a combination of traditional ballet barre, Pilates, strength and dance. It's typically done at the barre or on a stable surface and is a sequence of movements that usually go to the beat of the music.
It's an expressive style of workout which challenges the mind-body connection, coordination and strength, incorporating Pilates fundamentals to give a full body workout from head to toe.
At Mome Studios, we offer classes that are designed for all ability levels. Our teachers will provide modular instruction to accomidate all ability levels during class.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice designed to release deep tension in the body and calm the mind. Poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing muscles to relax and connective tissues (like fascia, ligaments, and joints) to gently open. The pace is unhurried, inviting stillness, mindful breathing, and a deep sense of release. Optional, hands-on assists offered optionally to help students settle more comfortably into poses and deepen relaxation

Restorative Vinyasa
Restorative Vinyasa Flow class blends the gentle, meditative qualities of restorative yoga with the fluid movement of vinyasa. You’ll be guided through a slower-paced flow designed to open the body with ease, followed by restorative postures supported with props to encourage deep release and relaxation. Perfect for anyone looking to move mindfully, reduce stress, and leave feeling both grounded and renewed.
