If there’s a specific Mome Studios’ teacher you’d love to work with, let us know—we’ll do our best to ensure they’re available to celebrate with you on your special day.

The private class

$500

120 minute event; Up to 12 attendees

  • 8 attendees in the Reformer Room or up to 12 attendees in the Main Studio

  • 50 min class hosted by a Mome Studios’ teacher

    • Additional staff: Studio Associate

  • Access and assistance ahead of event to decorate

  • Complimentary Prosecco or sparkling cider after class

The party pack

$700

120 minute event; Up to 20 attendees

  • Use of entire studio: Reformer Room & Main Studio

  • 50 min class(es) hosted by a Mome Studios’ teacher(s)

    • Additional staff: Studio Associate & Staff Photographer

  • Access and assistance ahead of event to decorate

  • Complimentary Prosecco or sparkling cider & assorted pastries after class

  • 25 photos, edited and delivered by Staff Photographer

Private Event Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your private event at Mome Studio. This deposit secures your date and time and will be applied toward the total event cost. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your updated needs.

Events may be rescheduled once to a new date, subject to studio availability, if notice is provided at least one week prior to the originally scheduled event. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling after the 72-hour window will require a new deposit.

We appreciate your understanding that this policy helps us compensate our instructors and staff for their reserved time and ensures fairness to all clients seeking private bookings.
