We are so excited to have successfully migrated to our new booking and payments portal, Momence! Here are a few FAQs to help us all through the transition:

We have already migrated to Momence as of October 31, 2025. Please use their app for future bookings and purchases!

We’ve created an account and transferred your existing memberships and bookings into Momence. All you need to do is create a password to continue booking. You should have received an email with the transition on 10/31, prompting you to create a new password. If you can’t find this, please reach out to us and we can send another to you!

Classes can be booked via our website or through the Momence App.
Your account, including your membership status, booking history, and future bookings as well as billing data, have all been transferred to Momence. Your membership (if you have one) will continue to auto-renew.

If you wish to continue using your credit card to pay for your membership, no! However Stripe does charge processing fees (3.9% + $0.30) for credit card transactions. Fortunately, Momence offers an option for our members to avoid these fees, but it requires a transition on your part. It’s a quick one, but we can’t do it for you.
ACH (Automated Clearing House) is a direct debit payment method. Merchants use it to withdraw the cost of the good/service from the customer’s bank directly, while still utilizing the same security measures to protect your personal information. Stripe will still process ACH payments, but the fee to do it is *much* lower. Mome Studios absorbs that cost. If you add your ACH information to the App via Stripe, your monthly membership payment will remain unchanged, and not include any additional credit card processing fees. Your information will remain as secure as before – Stripe uses the same security measures for both ACH and credit card storage.
Here’s how you can set up your ACH payment in three easy steps:
Log into your Momence account from a desktop browser. Click your name on the top right, and then click My Account.
Click on Save ACH Direct Debit and then click Save. A window pops up with info about how Momence uses Stripe to process payments; click Agree.
Another window pops up. Select your bank. If you don’t see yours, type the name of your bank in the search bar. Put in your bank credentials – the sign-in you use to bank online and press Continue. After that, click Link, which then links your bank account with Momence.

After the Momence transition, we have opened up our booking 14 days ahead, on a rolling basis. That means you get the same classes you love, 2 weeks in advance. Happy booking!

Yes! With Momence, we have implemented a “Respond to Book” waitlist policy.
If you are next off the waitlist, you will get a text from us asking if you would like to claim your spot.
This gives you 20 minutes to confirm or reject your space in class before moving to the next person on the waitlist. Please share your experience with us as we test out this new system!
